Walk your feet towards your hands and let your upper body hang in a Forward Fold. Bend your knees slightly if needed. Take deep breaths, feeling the stretch in your hamstrings and lower back.
5. Seated Forward Bend (3 minutes)
Sit down with your legs extended in front of you. Inhale and lengthen your spine, then exhale as you reach towards your toes. Hold for a few breaths, feeling the stretch in your back and legs.
6. Supine Twist (3 minutes)
Lie on your back, hug your knees to your chest, and then let them fall to one side while you extend your arms out. Hold for a minute on each side, focusing on releasing tension.
7. Savasana (3 minutes)
Finish your practice by lying flat on your back in Savasana. Close your eyes and let your body relax completely. Focus on your breath and enjoy the stillness.
